On 23rd January 2012, Benjamin Wiles and Andrew Stoneman were appointed Joint Administrators of Avocet Hardware Limited and Avocet Hardware (Taiwan) Limited ("the Companies"). The Companies are continuing to trade under the Joint Administrators' supervision whilst the financial position is examined. The Joint Administators act as agents for the Company and without personal liability. They are both licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
