Successful launch for Avocet's Affinity Easy Fit 3D Hinge- 16/02/2010

The Affinity Easy Fit 3D Hinge is one of Avocet's most popular product launches. To date, 22000 units have been sold since its January launch. The popularity of the Affinity Easy Fit 3D Hinge is due to its innovative design which makes it quicker, easier and simpler to fabricate and install.

The Affinity Easy Fit 3D Hinge has just four parts. It has an encapsulated "butt" design, perfect for fitting and adjusting in a reveal. The hinge also has a unique and patented independent compression adjustment to ensure there's no lateral movement of the door when adjusting compression. The hinge is also non-handed, so the hinge is symmetrical on the door no matter how it is positioned or adjusted. With some of the easiest and accessible adjustments of any hinge available, one man on his own can adjust and fit a door.

It is PAS024 compliant and covers all PVC-U doors to the highest levels of security. The hinges match the existing Affinity suite of door handles so the door looks better too. It is available in white, black, brown, caramel, polished gold, polished chrome, satin chrome and flint. A square cover cap is available as an option, perfect for use on French doors and bi-fold doors.
