Featuring two innovative hardware solutions for composite doors.
The Composite Door 3D Hinge incorporates unique 3D adjustment technology. It has "active" adjustment in three dimensions which means there is no need to reset the door position. Installers use a simple Allen key for adjustment and easy installation. The hinge has a slim butt-hinge appearance and is available in white, gold and chrome finishes.
The Composite Door Lock has tapered hooks which ensure maximum spread of compression across the lock side of the door. Double "split" opposing hooks ensure maximum security and prevent hook disengagement in any locked position. The hook also has a 16mm deadbolt throw and night latch operation.
The 3D hinge and lock are just two products Avocet is offering as part of its Composite Door Hardware package, which also includes the suited Affinity Door Handle and full metal letter plate, and the ABS Snap Secure Cylinder - the first and only cylinder to achieve the Sold Secure Diamond Standard*. The package of composite door hardware is fully PAS024 compliant and has Secured By Design (SBD) status. It is the market's only complete single pack hardware solution for fabricators buying 'prepped' door slabs. So there is no need to buy composite door hardware from multiple sources as it's available in one convenient pack.

The black furniture pack comes with a black Affinity handle and polished chrome ABS cylinder as standard and has optional extras of a black letterplate, door knocker with/without spyhole, chrome door chain and chrome door viewer.
